InoNet 19 inch PCs at a glance
A 19-inch PC, also known as a rack PC, is a 19″ industrial computer with a special chassis size. The specification refers to the width of the enclosure in inches, whereby 19 inches is a common size in the IT industry. This type of enclosure is often used in rack-mount systems that are used in data centers or environments to mount multiple computers or servers in a space-saving manner.
All InoNet 19-inch computers (professional and high-end) are modular, have long-term availability, have been developed for 24/7 use and are scalable in terms of computing power.
The InoNet 19 inch rack chassis are dimensioned according to height units (U). We offer in our assortment:
- 19″ Rack PC 1U: 44.45 mm hight
- 19″ Rack PC 2U: 88.9 mm hight
- 19″ Rack PC 4U: 177.8 mm hight
All 19 inch industrial PCs meet the standardized width of 19 inches (front panel width of 48.26 centimeters) and fit into any 19 inch rack. If you need our products with a height of 3U or larger than 4U for specific projects, we are happy to offer you the right system for this as well.

Mainboard systems
Our 19-inch mainboard-based systems are among the most flexible on the market. Even for small order quantities of our fully configured systems, we can meet your specific requirements. The InoNet 19 inch industrial PCs with mainboard offer:

NICI Design
The NICI (Next-InoNet-Computer-Innovation) design concept enables us to quickly and cost-effectively develop as well as customize 19 inch PCs to customer specifications. This includes individual chassis dimensions, front styling in the corporate design, and customer-specific modifications. The height and depth of the chassis can be adjusted to fit into tight spaces. The front can be customized with varnish, logo screen printing and interface customization. The back panel is interchangeable and customizable for specific applications. Customer requirements, such as expandability with own electronics, can be implemented. Moreover, this can be visualized with the help of a 3D model. The NICI design speeds up the concept and design process by up to 50% and provides a versatile way to configure custom 19 inch computers.
