ADAS & AD testing: from compact AI servers to multi PCIe data loggers

InoNet announces its portfolio expansion from compact AI server to the innovative multi-PCIe data logger, specifically designed for ADAS & AD testing in vehicle development.

In addition to a compact AI server with Intel® Core™ i CPUs up to the 14th generation, InoNet presents its new multi-PCIe data logger Mayflower®-Q12-aW, engineered to meet the requirements of vehicle development and facilitate the advancement towards Level 5 autonomous driving.

The new data logger offers outstanding performance and flexibility for complex data acquisition and processing. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, the system sets new industry standards:

  • Multi-GPU support: Maximizes computing performance for parallel testing and AI applications
  • AMD® EPYC™ 9004/97×4 processor: Provides powerful next-generation processing capabilities
  • Up to 12 PCIe slots: Offers extensive expansion options to meet individual requirements
  • InoNet QuickTray®-v3 with data encryption: Supports up to 3x QuickTray®-v3 for data transfer rates of up to 28 GByte/s
  • Hybrid liquid cooling: Ensures optimal temperatures and cost-effective performance by eliminating the need for additional systems or extenders, efficiently cooling PCIe cards

With this innovative solution, InoNet addresses the growing challenges in testing applications for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and AD (Autonomous Driving) up to Level 5, where substantial volumes of data need to be captured and analysed in near real-time.  Mayflower®-Q12-aW is designed to enable developers to efficiently process large datasets securely in encrypted form, thus accelerating the development and validation of driver assistance systems.

The new data logger has been presented for the first time in a live demo at the ADAS & Autonomous Vehicle Technology Expo in Stuttgart, Germany, from June 4 to 6, 2024 at booth 6326.
