Operating in more than 150 countries, the company faced a fragmented ecosystem of over 40 gateway types across its operations. This complexity led to inefficient device management, higher support costs, and delays in deploying new digital services.

To address these challenges, the organization required a globally certified, secure IIoT gateway family capable of reliably connecting pumps, sensors, and treatment systems to cloud applications. The solution needed to:

  • Support Serial, Ethernet, and LTE radio connections across multiple countries for reliable remote monitoring

Solution
